Nightly and Monthly sites come with the following perks: Parking at site for one vehicle with extra parking available, daytime guests are allowed, free Wi-Fi, fishing, swimming, full hookup, a fire ring, and a picnic table.
Check-in is at 02:00 pm. Check-out is at 12:00 pm.

Reserving a Nightly Site
All reservations are taken by phone (see our hours of operation). When calling, please provide us with the following information:
- Overall length of camper + towing length (if applicable).
- Amount of slide outs on your camper.
- Type of camper (fifth-wheel, motorhome, toy hauler, etc.).
After contacting us, please send the amount of your first night to our address in the form of personal check or cashier's check. We do not accept credit cards at this time.
Include an email address and a phone number with your deposit so we can reach you while you're traveling.
Once we receive your deposit, we will email you a confirmation receipt. If you do not include your email, we cannot give you a confirmation.
We recommend that you call us ahead of your scheduled trip because our nightly sights are very limited and fill up fast.
Reserving for a Monthly
Monthly reservations should be made a month in advance with a $100.00 deposit. This deposit is applied to the monthly rate.
When calling to make a monthly reservation, please have all of your information that you would need when reserving a nightly site.
Vacancies are limited so please call as soon as possible.
Reserving as a Group
If you are calling to reserve multiple sites for a group/club, we will inform you that each person in your group must make and pay for their own reservation.
We will not reserve sites for those who do not call us with their own camper information.
If you are an individual calling to reserve a site close to a group, please provide us the group name and/or a name of someone from the group that has already made a reservation.
We try our best to park those who are in a group together to help enhance the experience you will have in our campground.
Reserving for Holiday and Major Event Weekends
If you wish to reserve a site on a holiday weekend, we require that you pay for three nights. When sending in your deposit, you must pay the full amount for three nights to reserve your site. Holiday weekends include Memorial Day, Fourth of July, and Labor Day.
Our Halloween Trick-or-Treat event is considered a major event and will be treated as a holiday.

Due to changing costs of materials, we reserve the right to change this price as needed.
Seasonal/Seasonal Yearly sites come with the following perks: Parking at site for one vehicle with extra parking available, daytime guests are allowed, free Wi-Fi, fishing, swimming, full hookup, and a fire ring.
The listed price range of seasonal sites depends on the features of the site you are renting. Possible upgraded site features may include: a concrete pad instead of gravel, concrete parking, a wooden deck, or a wooden deck that looks over the upper pond.
Any site upgrades must be approved by owners.**
* The campground closes for camping on October 31st. Seasonal campers must take their camper out by our closing date. Seasonal Yearly allows you to leave your camper in the campground during the off season without use as long as you return for the next season.

*** Seasonal/Seasonal Yearly sites are not pro-rated until August 1st of current season.
Renting a Seasonal Site
If you are interested in a Seasonal/Seasonal Yearly site, please call us with your camper information (length, amount of slides, etc.). Depending on if we have a site that will accommodate the size of your unit, we will proceed to schedule an appointment for you to visit the campground and view the available sites.
A deposit of $100.00 must be made to take your site off the market. This deposit is applied to your total site rent.

Pavilion Rental - $175 per day, up to 30 people
Our pavilion can be rented for group events like family reunions, birthday parties, and group cookouts.
Pricing includes the use of picnic tables, restrooms, and kitchen refrigerator.
You must call to reserve the pavilion one month in advance of your desired date.
We ask that you mail in the full amount in the form of personal check or cashier's check that includes your email address and a phone number.
Once we receive the payment, we will send you an email confirmation of your reservation.
$25.00 is refundable only if there are no damages to the pavilion after inspection.
Upon arrival, the person reserving the pavilion must stop at the office to pick up registration forms and a list of rules for their guests.
If you have over 30 guests, each additional person (18 and older) is $5.00 each.

Nightly, Monthly, and Seasonal/Seasonal Yearly campers are welcome to use the pavilion
to their disposal as long as they check with us in case any reservations already exist.
